1. Services & Quotes
  • All inquiries made through our website are for free quotes only.

  • A quote does not guarantee acceptance of a project. Work is scheduled only once both parties agree in writing.

  • Quotes are based on the information you provide. Any changes or additional requirements may affect the scope and final pricing.

2. Scheduling & Availability
  • Project start dates are subject to availability and may change due to weather, supply shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • If you proceed with services after receiving a quote, you are responsible for ensuring access to the property and disclosure of underground utilities, hazards, or restrictions.

4. Liability
  • While we take great care in our work, T & C Everscapes is not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing property conditions or damage not disclosed prior to work.

    • Survival of plants or lawns once installed, as they depend on proper care, weather, and environmental conditions.

    • Delays due to weather, supply chain issues, or factors beyond our control.

  • Our liability, if any, is limited to the value of the services provided.

5. Warranties & Guarantees
  • We do not guarantee the long-term success of living materials such as plants, sod, or trees.

  • Any warranties on hardscape work (such as patios, stonework, or retaining walls) will be provided in writing at the time of service.
